Arm pain: The problem may be an impingement of a nerve root at the neck or upper dorsal spine level by a herniated disc or vertebral spur. A neurologist or neurosurgeon would be best qualified to evaluate you. Appropriate tests such as X-Ray and/or mri may be ordered in order to make a diagnosis.
