Raynaud's: It's a new one for me, but I'm guessing you are thin and possibly have low blood pressure. It's more common with breastfeeding but can occur without. See http://www.healthboards.com/boards/raynauds-syndrome/845667-raynauds-vasospasm-without-breast-feeding.html . You should probably be checked for autoimmune disease such as Scleroderma or Lupus, but the syndrome can happen without illness.

Other symptoms?: If this is all you have, forget it. Not related to blood pressure. Raynaud's vasospasm occurs in response to cold or vibration, with pale skin which is painful and purple as blood flow resumes. If it bothers you, see a breast specialist or OB/GYN. Meanwhile reduce friction on nipples during activities.
