Doubtful but: Skin rash can be caused by many things including viral infections other than HIV. You did not mention whether you have had unprotected sex during the past 40 weeks and thus a negative test at 27 weeks cannot tell you whether you have contracted HIV or not. Nonetheless if it is from another viral infection or a drug reaction, the rash should resolve in
