I have red: You could have bites from bed bugs, if linear you could have scabies. Very difficult to get rid of bed bugs, they get into the furniture, cloth, shoes: need special exterminator. Look carefully with magnifying glass on your sheets , under pillow, around bed post for very small reddish spots, bed bugs. See a dermatologist.

Allergic reaction: Possible medication or food allergy. Try otc Benadryl (diphenhydramine) if this does not resolve see your doctor.
