I have had a pain in my chest since yesterday morning. it came back at night and i called an ambulance, did an ecg and it showed raised ast, i still have the pain and some dark spots on my left middle finger and i had bumped nothing, please help?

See your Dr.: The dark spots on your fingers could indicate that there are small blood clots traveling to your extremities. You should see your Dr and have them continue your workup to determine what is causing this pain and dark spots. Raised AST could indicate a problem with your liver.
