Yes: Warts are caused by a skin virus. These viruses can be transmitted from any warty area to any other area that has even the slightest break in the skin. Rubbing of skin can cause microabrasions where virus can enter. Finger warts are easily treated with over the counter medications containing salicylic acid. If you have a wart on your nipple/breast, it may need to be treated by a dr.
