Just general advice: Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, and shooting/electric pain fits more with a nerve problem. Muscle fatigue/ache feelings are more indicative of heart. Furthermore, going out to both arms would often be due to a neck issue.....(pinched nerve, disk etc.)
