Time To Get Healthy: An excellent and relevant question. And I suggest you do some extra research online. But as far as I know, it's more what you should take as opposed to not. Because of certain infection and immunity precautions I'd suggest a healthy diet (read: Spartan, read veggies, lean protein, etc) and a multivitamin and CoQ-10 wouldn't hurt. And most of all, a positive energetic attitude (an immune booster)
