Im in my mid 30s and want to take calcium and vitamin d. is it okay to take 1,200 mg of calcium and 1,000 iu of vitamin d? the safe upper limit of calcium per day is 2,500mg and 4,000 iu vitamin d.

Ca and Vit D: Unless you have money to throw away or you have problems with Ca and or Vit D I would not take these. Always discuss with your team.
