Dry skin: Vitamin e is beneficial to the skin. The best things you can do to limit the dry skin are the following: 1) take showers, not baths. Do not use really hot water and only use an oilated soap (like camay or basis) in areas that you generate odor ( under arm, groin, feet) 2) lubricate after shower and frequently 3 drink plenty of water 4) use a humidifier in room you sleep.
