??: There is certainly some controversy concerning this issue but i will say that I have personally taken ~100 mg of vit b6 daily for about the last 30 years or so and I do not believe that it has caused any sig harm and it seems to help with my carpal tunnel symptoms.

Why take a B6 pill?: Why take a pill surrounded by a sheath when you can get it naturally surrounded by other vitamins, enzymes, co-enzymes, precursors, activators, antioxidants and other synergistic nutrients? See http://ods.Od.Nih.Gov/factsheets/vitaminb6-healthprofessional/ for excellent natural sources of b6. Don't be deceived into thinking a pill even comes close to the natural sources--it doesn't.
