I have completed 32 week of pregnancy in my latest ultrasound report it showed mild oligohydramnios, what precautions should i take. please advise any treatment?

Oligohydramnios: just means there is less amniotic fluid in your gestational sac than normal. Continue to drink liquids plenty and hope for the best. Oligohydramnios only elevates the perinatal fetal risks such as nuchal cord and fetal hypoxia. Please keep close watch with your OB doctor and good luck.
