Get full GYN exam: Positive pregnancy test means something somewhere in your body is producing the hormone HCG which is detected in the urine. That something can be a normal embryo in the uterus, an embryo outside the uterus (tubal pregnancy), molar pregnancy (incomplete embyo) or an HCG-producing tumor. All these possibilities need to be explored urgently.
