My wife had a miscarriage in her 3 mnth and she had to undergo d&c, what precautions should she take & are there any negative effects on next pregnancy?

None: There are no precautions or negative effects for next pregnancy, but we usually like for women to have 3 normal cycles until trying to get pregnant after a miscarriage or d&c.
