slipped one year before. i got M RI report that i have mild joint effusion. plz suggest me precautions and treatment. thanks. age 36, 80 kg. 5-4" ?

Varies: A small effusion, independent of any structural problems in the knee does not necessarily need any activity restrictions. If you are having knee pain, you want to avoid activities that aggravate it and if it is severe I would not hesitate to be seen for a specific diagnosis.
