Radiculopathy: 23y female with "back spasms" 1 month & unilateral toe "tingling" with "straight leg raise". Symptoms suggest sciatica & raise concern for neural impingement in region of lumbar spine. Absence of mechanical injury & youth suggest a subluxing sacroiliac joint, see below. Symptoms warrent doctor's evaluation. Persistence might require MRI. If leg weakness/urinary difficulty see doctor urgently.
