Not enough info.: Are you at rest or exerting yourself? How rapid is your heart rate? Do you have symptoms corresponding to this- chest pain, palpitations, etc. ? How is your health in general? Are you taking medications that could impact heart rate? Is this something that is occurring acutely or a chronic condition? Don't have enough info to tell you.
