Not recommended: Chlordiazepoxide is a sedative and can impair driving ability. So don't drive. Also, it is generally not wise to take powerful (and potentially addictive) sedative drugs for a fats heart beat. It could be due to an underlying heart problem that is merely being hidden by the drug. If it is due to anxiety/panic there are much better and safer therapies, especially cognitive behavioral therapy.
