Unfortunately,: it's a personality trait...somewhat inherent but also a learned response. Anger is typically an attempt to control the actions of others to get our own needs and wants met by them. It is the result of frustration when you do not get what you want from others. Underlying this anger is fear that you are not in control. Some form is therapy to reduce this intense need to control is needed.
