The glenoid labrum,: which lines the lower part of the socket (glenoid) of the shoulder joint, is delicate & can be re-injured. The deltoid helps move the ball of your arm (humeral head) inside the socket . Sometimes both the deltoid & the labrum are injured. Sometimes the pain from the labrum is referred to the deltoid even if the deltoid is fine. Or vise versa! My thought? Please see your orthopedist!
