What is the best seasonal allergy relief medicine?

Depends on symptoms: If you have primarily symptoms of nasal congestion, nasal steroids or nasal antihistamines applied topically gives good relief. If your symptoms include itchiness, etc, antihistamine as a pill is helpful. If our symptoms are primarily with eye irritation, eye drop antihistamines are excellent.

Family practice : Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is used but can make you sleepy so take it at night. Claritin , Allegra , or zyrtec are equally effective. Your dr can prescribe other medications or give you an allergy shot for seasonal allergies.
