Possible: Viral illnesses such as the flu are treated best by rest, increasing fluids (including "mom's chicken soup"), and supportive measures that can treat the symptoms. Tylenol (acetaminophen) allergy relief certainly can treat some of the symptoms that a cold or the flu can cause. Best wishes.
