Limited medication?: If you cannot tolerate medications for migraines (of which there are several different classes of drugs) and you have more than 15 migraine attacks per month, consider Botox Rx. In the meanwhile , keep regular sleeping hours and eating at least 3 meals a day. Stress reduction and biofeedback may be helpful. I don't think supplements have proven track record for people with severe migraines.
