A member asked:

I have seasonal allergies, what is the best way to decide which drugs to take and when? they are expensive and can sometimes lead to lightheaded days.

Uncertain: Since everyone responds to medication differently, there is no definite answer. However nasal steroid remains the most effective for most people. If this does not work, consider seeing an allergist to help you pin down the cause and not just treat the consequence.
