Migraines & Allergy: Yes, migraines can be triggered by allergies as well as many other things. Most folks have no specific trigger for their migraines. What works best OTC is tough..different for different individuals. The caffeine containing products seem to offer benefit to some. For others a good does of Ibuprofen 600-800mg or Naproxen 440mg is effective. For others nothing helps. Hope this helps. Good Luck
