Can happen with IBS: The symptoms you describe, diarrhea with undigested food, can occur with ibs. As you state this episode has been a few days in length and you're now afraid to eat because of nausea. I noticed that you have seen a gastroenterologist previously. It is best to follow up with your gastroenterologist asap for treatment of the ibs and to rule out more severe GI issues.

Ck 4 food allergies: Irritable bowel syndrome has a full spectrum of symptoms. If you suspect you have this, it's best to have it checked out by a doctor. Undigested food particles means that you're not breaking the food down properly, or absorbing nutrients. You may benefit from having a food allergy panel done, also checking for gluten intolerance, or glidase, which may make it difficult for you to digest certain carbs containing gluten (breads, pasta). Eat as organic as possible.
