Strengthen muscles: I suggest you start doing exercises to strengthen your lower back. After csection/surgery your body needs time to recover and heal and during that time you may be deconditioned. Yoga. Stretching and Pilates are excellent ways to get your lower back and core strengthened. Good luck!
