Coccydynia: Must fall on a bump to hit the coccyx. A pratt fall on a flat surface can hurt the back but rarely bust a coccyx. Mom would be very osteoporotic for a pratt fall to crack the sacrum. For a sacroiliac pain take Aleve (naproxen) and wear a tight wide belt around the hips can help. True coccyx pain is a b---h to combat. Sitz baths help a very little, stool softeners help and a U shaped cushion 2 sit on helps
