Now after 3 yrs thyroidomacity due to hurthe adenoma my ca is low and pth become high (78) normal is to 65 could it mean cancer parathyroid or no?

Parathyroid: Parathyroid cancer is very rare. Elevated parathyroid hormone causes high calcium and is usually due to a parathyroid adenoma, which is benign. Should be evaluated by a surgeon who does parathyroid surgery.
