Watch carefully!: Hopefully this small lump is nothing. You could elevate the leg and try warm compresses on the area. A small hematoma (blood collection) may cause the same finding or a thrombosed vein. Overall, this can't be ignored, but may not be anything serious. Report-/ see a doctor if it worsens.

Have your doctor: check it to be on the safe side and watch for any changes in the meantime.

Lumps and bumps!: If it is not painful and you have no swelling, fever, pain, pus, redness, numbness, tingling, weakness, etc., keep an eye on it for a few days. It may go away. If it is still there in a week or two, or if you develop other symptoms, see a doc.
