I have a small, very firm induration on inner thigh, and being treated for cellulitis. i am slim, 49, no diabetes, and this began as a tiny pimple on leg. although antibios have helped cellulitis, the hard lump still remains. what should i do next?

It may resolve over time if you have been adequately treated. Warm soaks may help . Would follow up with MD if redness pain recurs or does not start to resolve over next week or so . Ultrasound can help assess if there is still infection or it is just fibrous tissue. f/u/ w/ MD
