Maybe: The manufacturers of Topamax (topiramate) suggest that it can control binge eating, and welbutrin is somewaht activating so they may help. However,the best way to look at these meds is that they are prescribed to treat your psychiatric condition and that at least they are not know for causing weight gain and do not stand in your way. Topamax (topiramate) is a serious medication and needs to be taken exactly as prescribed.
