can you take topamax, (topiramate) wellbutrin and adderall at the same time? i don't mean one after the other, i mean can you be on them the same time?

Yes: No problem. But, with your afib. Make sure to get your Coumadin (warfarin) levels checked regularly if you are on these and get cardiac clearance from your cardiologist as well.
