My absolute lymph is 3.3 x 10e3/ul. normal range is listed as 0.7 - 3.1. should i be concerned? everything else is in normal range on cbc. wbc is 10.0 and lymph is 33%.

No: Those values may well be within normal limits for you. However, if you haven't felt well, been fatigued, have fever or chills or night sweats or body aches, this CBC may signal a low grade infection. Follow up with your doctor to evaluate any potential persistent symptom.
