Hi there, in my cbc my wbc is normal but my abs neuts# is high and my abs lymph# is low. does this mean i have cancer? i often get stuffy noses

No: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped if you provided actual numbers, however, it is highly unlikely that the findings are suggestive of cancer.
