Nope! Don't worry!: Mpv stands for mean platelet volume, or how big your platelets are. And yours are pretty normal. 5-15 is the normal range. With everything else in the normal range, there's nothing to worry about. One centimeter lymph nodes are normal, especially in someone your age. Mpv is one of many measurements we ignore on automatic blood counts, unless you have another blood problem. Which you don't!

No: Mpv means nothing unless you are obviously, seriously sick. Reference ranges are set up so that several percent of healthy folks fall outside.
