Need more info: It really depends on where the missing teeth are and the condition of her remaining teeth. I'd add dental implants as a third alternative as well. This is best addressed after a clinical exam by a dentist.

Depends: If her remaining teeth are in good condition. Fixed is more esthetic and more convenient. Consider dental implants as well.

Fixed: Fixed is is the more stable and useful. Occasionally a removable looks better. Other factors are time and money. Fixed are more expensive. If remaining teeth are not in good condition and their future loss is anticipated, a removable can be designed to add teeth to it as teeth are lost.

Depends on her mouth: This depends on the condition of the rest of her mouth and her overall health. Removable or fixed replacements both have pros and cons. Fixed bridges or even implants may work but her home care must be excellent removable partials or even flexible removable partials may be suitable and are cheaper but they must be removed and cleaned several times a day. Discuss the options with her dentist.

Discuss the options: Everything else being equal: implants > fixed bridge> removable bridge. She needs to see a dentist to determine the health of the remaining teeth and gums\bone, the long term prognosis, and then discuss options, costs, etc. She should understand what is recommended and why. An informed decision is always best.
