Professional fees: They vary from office to office, so no concrete difference can be quoted. It may cost you a bit less for the unilateral RPD. ADA code for unilateral RPD is D5281, and for a RPD with metal substructure and claps for the mandible is D5214

D5281 vs D5214: D5281 removable unilateral partial denture – one piece cast metal (including clasps and teeth) UCR fee $516 - $750. D5214 mandibular partial denture – cast metal framework with resin denture bases resin base (including any conventional clasps, rests & teeth) UCR fee $950 - $1350. Hope it helps.
