Healthy snacks.: How about one tblsp peanut butter with apple slices? Salmon and vegetables? Eating a whole piece of fruit might work for immediate hunger. Low fat yogurt? Cottage cheese? a mozarella cheese stick?......

Proteins carbs fats : Protein and carbs and unsaturated fats.it is very important to eat carbohydrates and food that contains unsaturated fats as the liver needs some amounts of fats to work properly.Don't only eat proteins after work out,you can eat tuna,it has unsaturated fats and omega and good amount of proteins.you didn't mention your weight and hight.

Post workout: After an intense workout you need to increase your protein intake, but you also need to eat good carbohydrates (not simple sugars). The protein will help rebuild the muscle that was damaged during the workout and the carbs will replace the glycogen that your muscles used. Also drink plenty of fluids and rest. Hope this helps.
