You may want: To revisit the ER, it sounds as if the foci of the infection is in the foot and you may have an abcess that needs to be drained. I would ask them if that is possible to bring it to their attention. The cellulitis had to start somewhere, perhaps between your toes secondary to a fungal infection but I would go back.
