I hv cellulitis in my right lower leg. i took 10 days of antibiotics and my leg is going down but still red in the back and turning dark in the front.

Hard to guess: darkening could be part of the normal healing process, but could also be consistent with dangerous spreading of disease under the skin (fasciitis). Fasciitis is very painful. If something does not seem right, be sure to contact the treating physician. A follow up examination may be warranted.
