Absolutely. If : cellulitis is not better, first perhaps you on wrong antibiotics, or perhaps its not celluliits.. So get in to see doctor asap

Cellutlits: Cellulitis is a very serious infection of the soft tissue. Proper antibiotics are crucial. May need culture to ensure proper therapy. See your doctor immediately.
