Had treatment for cellulitis. it now the 3rd week and i still have some swelling and redness on the leg. also it is sore when i touch my lymph nodes?

Cellulitis: If properly treated, swelling redness pain and tender lymph nodes should have resolved completely by 3 weeks. It is hard to tell from your question how much it has improved with treatment. Either way a re-evaluation by the doctor who treated you is in order.

Clearly , not resolved. I would recommend 6 wks. of oral antibiotics. Are you diabetic, or overweight?
