Hip labral tears: After previous hip labral surgery, it is often difficult (or impossibe) to tell on MRI if there is a new tear versus post-surgical changes. Did you re-injure yourself? If not, unlikely a new tear. Recommend following up with your hip surgeon for further recommendations
