MRI results: Clinical symptoms are far more correct than MRI or x-ray results. Those studies may not always pick up an anatomical abnormality as often as one would think. If therapy is not doing it then maybe a visit back to an orthopedic specialist is indicated. He/she may recommend surgery to definitively get an answer to your symptoms.
