Muscle strain: Try a hot shower and some acetaminophen. If the pain is worse or not improving, please see your doctor.

Treat but watch: Muscle strain is most likely. Treat with heat and Tylenol, (acetaminophen) but if no better in a few days, see your doctor for possible pleurisy or other disorders. Most muscle strain resolves on its own.
