Get an evaluation: This should be evaluated further. Could be something as simple as muscle spasm or it could be vascular or nerve related. Regardless with those symptoms you should be seen.

Need to see you doc!: If your pain is this intense then go see a physician. Did your neck and shoulder pain start gradually, suddenly or was there a precipitating cause? There could be something going on your cervical spine. But it is still best to have your self evaluated by a physician.
