I have sharp pain in my shoulder blade when i lie down and only when i sneeze or breathe extremely deep. what can be the reason?

Many possibilities: This sounds like it may be due to irritation of the pleural lining of the the lung (pleuritis) on that side. This could be due to infection or a blood clot. It could also be related to a musculoskeletal injury. If this persists, I recommend seeing a physician for further evaluation.
