Neck pain: The best scenario is mucle pull causing spasm, should improve in a few days, use heat and mobilize. Worst scenario is a damaged disc in the neck. Watch for any tingling, numbness, weakness in fingers, difficulty swallowing, headaches etc. See a doctor for getting an MRI if these symptoms exist. Good luck
