Raised artery/vein on anterior side of right wrist below thumb. structure is fully visible and so are the contractions. non visible on left wrist.

Veins are visible...: ...on many parts of the body; many are near the joints. If you see pulsations, it's probably not from the vein itself but from the artery underneath it. Healthy, muscular men with sparse body fat % have particularly noticeable veins. Swelling, pain, tenderness & redness of a vein may indicate superficial thrombophlebitis, a condition for which I recommend medical attention.
